The VenueScanner Dashboard project aimed to revolutionise the venue management experience for hosts by providing a comprehensive, user-friendly platform. Our goal was to streamline the management process, making it easier for hosts to oversee their bookings, communicate with clients, and manage their enquiries efficiently. This project focused on enhancing the user interface and improving key functionalities to increase user satisfaction and engagement.

Due to the commercial nature of the decision and project constraints, no formal user testing was conducted during the design and implementation phases.

Given that the VenueScanner Dashboard was a brand-new feature replacing the previous messaging platform, our primary focus was on designing an intuitive and efficient user experience from the ground up.

The design aimed to streamline enquiry management and venue communication functionalities, making them accessible and user-friendly. CTAs were strategically placed to avoid confusion, and the interface was optimised to reduce the number of clicks required for task completion. Consistent visual design and clear tone of voice aligned with VenueScanner's branding, providing a cohesive design.
